mixing acids and ethanol to form ester.
i was quite excited at first because teacher let us to form our own group with own friends.
and H2SO4! concentrated sulphuric acid 浓硫酸！
setting up the apparatus. i'm expert. X)
= = 1st accident.
the tube broke while setting up.
and cut his hand.
and the 1st sinner. kwwwwww
nah. that's chem teacher. just passed his birthday.

i daren't to record down how teacher cleaned it up.
it was smoky and the table's paint faded.
omg. it was damn scary.

we boiled it almost 1 period.
but no reacton came out at all.
at last we found that we added twice carboxylic acid but no ethanol.
it was the 3rd.. accident?
3rd sinner ah diong. don't laugh out. LOL
LOL the actor and actress. damn sh one man.
dissapointed people.
it is the worst experiment i did in form5. no result. = =
luckily it wasn't PEKA thingy.
and luckily we didn't burn the lab and nobody get hurted.
it was very fun though. especially sulphur gas formed. LOL
by the way, the ester smelled like grape-flavour sweet.
but if you approached it, it smelled like UHU glue.
